Always professional and always does her homework! Fahada Saad sold our house in the Mediterra development in 3 weeks and helped us find our home in The Estuary at Grey Oaks. She always answered our phone calls and got us the answer to any questions or concerns we may have had. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend her and her team.

My first choice for buying or selling a house. You could not ask for a more thorough group to work with. Attention to detail, keeping you informed of the status of your listing. making positive suggestions to help your sale. Only one phrase describes the Saad Team...the best in the business.

Yasmin was completely dedicated to helping us reach our goals and we enjoyed the time we worked together. I am very particular and a nut about details. Yasmin spent a lot of time with me and we considered many properties. She was always considerate of my needs and helped me filter out the properties that did not match. In no time at all we had found an amazing property and at a great price. Today we consider Yasmin a friend of the family and we would never buy or sell property without her and the team. I highly recommend this company. Feel free to contact me for a personal reference that is how strongly I feel about them.

The Saad Team represented us for the sale of our home. They were very professional. Their advertising plan was superb. The Saad Team found us a near full price buyer within 90 days of listing. They continued to provide excellent representation through the contract negotiations and through the closing process. I heartily recommend the Saad Team.

They did exactly what it said on the box. Always on the ball and keeping us fully updated. Fahada even personally rearranged some of the furniture to improve the presentation. Would we use the Saad Team again? You bet. Set the price range got the price within indicated time frame. Who can ask for more?

Working with Yasmin and her team is always a great experience. This is the 2nd home we have had her involved with and each time, our experience has always been the same....Fabulous! Yasmin and team are not only knowledgeable of the market, but they truly understand the customer and have a warmth about them that makes it easy to work with. Always willing to take the extra step when necessary and will always work the deal to benefit the customer! When we are ready to sell again, she will have our listing!

After buying a condo with the help of Yasmin Saad and being thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, diligence, market knowledge and her friendly demeanor, we went back to her for help with two other transactions (another purchase and a sale). Each experience was great. We have recommended Yasmin and The Saad Team to friends searching for Naples real estate.

I've been working with the Saad Team for several years now and had been contemplating selling my parents home here in Florida. They had been keeping apprised of the market status all the while and had been very helpful with some of my needs. When I finally was able to get out to Florida from AS I was met with open arms and the team had helped me detail the house for sale. Being an absent seller I had left myself in their hands and I can't tell you how comfortable they made the process for us, I'd use the over and over again if needed.

The Saad Team sold our home in two weeks! Fahada and her team were the utmost in professionalism and effectiveness. She gave us a checklist for optimizing our home to sell, and we got two offers in less than two weeks, including a full price offer. Success.
